Most couples book their wedding photographer 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for popular travel dates and sought-after resort or villa venues.

For portrait sessions, reach out as soon as you book your flight or hotel. The holiday season and summer are especially busy, and many families reserve weeks or months in advance. Check your dates here.

It's easy. We send you a quote with our portrait options. Once you choose your session, you complete a short online contract so we have the details that help us get the best photos, then pay through a secure payment link. Your confirmation follows by email.

Your wedding is officially booked once we receive a signed agreement and retainer. After booking, we send helpful information to guide you through planning and prepare you for your photography experience.

Early in your trip. That leaves room to reschedule if the weather turns, and it avoids sunburns and tan lines. It also means your photos are done and you can simply enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Yes. We come to any resort or villa on Providenciales, or take you to a special beach location. Most sessions last about an hour and are scheduled at sunrise or sunset.

Grace Bay Beach is public, so we can photograph on the beach in front of your resort. A few all-inclusive resorts only allow their own photographers inside the grounds. In that case we meet you at the nearest public beach access, a short walk away.

Our studio is centrally located on Providenciales, near Grace Bay and easily accessible to Long Bay. Sessions happen on location at your resort, villa or beach, and studio visits are by appointment.

Portraits, weddings and real estate. Portrait sessions include families, couples, engagements, proposals, maternity and individual portraits. Many clients book during their vacation to mark a honeymoon, birthday, anniversary or graduation.

There is no bad time to take photos here, but each time of day has its own look.

Sunset: your session starts about an hour before sunset. You get rich water color, soft light and, depending on the season and location, striking sunset colors. It is also the coolest part of the day.

Morning and daytime: if you love bright turquoise water and lots of color, daytime is for you. Sessions feel more casual and lifestyle-like. It can be warm. Long Bay Beach faces east and is beautiful at sunrise; Grace Bay is the classic sunset beach.

We recommend a time based on your group, your children's ages and things like dinner reservations. Many clients try both.

About an hour for our Resort or Villa and Paradise Beach sessions, and an hour and a half for the All-Inclusive session. That is plenty of time for natural, candid moments as well as beautiful posed portraits.

Light, neutral or pastel colors photograph beautifully on the beach: whites, creams, tans, soft blues and light earth tones. All white, or white with khaki, is a classic. Coordinate rather than match exactly, and avoid large logos, neon colors and several competing patterns.

A Resort or Villa session takes place where you are staying. A secluded beach session is at a quieter beach, typically no more than 15 minutes away, with round-trip transportation for up to four people. Your photographer picks you up and drops you off, and chooses the spot that suits the weather that day. If you want fewer people in the background and the best sunsets, choose the beach.

One of our three photographers: Christine Morden, James Roy or Alex Foster. All are highly trained in lighting and posing and know how to get the best photos for your goal and the conditions of the day. You meet your photographer before the session starts to talk through what you want.

Nobody looks awkward for long. We give gentle direction throughout the session so you feel confident, comfortable and natural, and the photos still look genuine and relaxed. You receive guides and tips before your session so you know what to expect.

Your kids don't have to behave perfectly. They are met where they are, and the session moves at their pace. Children usually have a 20-minute window of real attention, so we plan the session to win early and keep it playful. Morning sessions often work best for young children.

The weather in Turks and Caicos is good year-round, with no rainy season like many destinations. If it does rain, we work with you to reschedule to another day during your stay whenever possible, which is one more reason to book early in your trip.

Yes. We share hair and makeup recommendations before your session and can help arrange a professional artist so you arrive camera-ready.

Not for a full day. On the island, wedding photography typically runs from about $1,500 for a short ceremony or elopement to $6,000 or more for full-day coverage from getting ready through the reception. Our wedding photography starts at $1,500. What moves the price is hours of coverage, a second photographer, drone coverage and albums.

Yes, you receive all of the photos from your portrait session. Typically that is between 70 and 100 photos, depending on the length of the session and the size of your group. Photos arrive through a private online gallery where you can view, download and share them.

Your online gallery with all of your images is sent within two weeks for portrait sessions, and we often deliver ahead of schedule. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within two to three weeks. We are happy to send a few teaser photos early.

Every photo is hand-adjusted and professionally processed for accurate skin tones and beautiful water and sky color. Retouching beyond that is done on request, with your specific instructions, and free retouching comes with many of our products. The guides we send before your session help keep retouching to a minimum.

It depends on the size of your wedding and how much of the day you want covered. For larger celebrations or fuller storytelling we may recommend two photographers. Drone photography can be added to your coverage.

Yes. An engagement or pre-wedding session in Turks and Caicos helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera and gives you extra images in a relaxed island setting before the wedding day.

Most listings receive 20 to 40 professionally edited photos. Most sessions last between half a day and a full day, depending on the size of the property. Drone and twilight shoots take extra time and are worth it.

Declutter, make the beds, remove personal items, clean the windows and open the curtains for natural light. We send prep tips in advance. If you want a more lived-in feel, we also offer photo styling and staging, from arranging pool loungers and towels to florals in the dining room and a styled kitchen.

You don't need to be present. We coordinate access with your agent or property manager. We photograph in ideal conditions to show the exterior views at their best, so if the weather isn't right we reschedule for when it improves.
